When stress hits, we all react with an F word. Flight, Fight or Freeze. These instincts are there to help protect us from physical and emotional harm. Our Flight instinct protects us by getting us away from harm and to safety. But we have to know where safety really is or we can be running to things that harm us even more over and over again in an endless cycle. Faith allows us to see where we really should be running to. This session we will be learning more about faith and how applying it to our flight instinct drastically changes our focus.
